Mission
Elite West strives to provide the best volleyball experience available for a small, elite group of athletes over their entire time in our system. We provide an all encompassing training program designed to maximize individual and team development, modelled after the best post secondary programs in Canada. We have a proven system and process that has produced consistent results both on and off the court for our teams, and our players individually. We focus on developing our players as people first and volleyball players second, by establishing connections with our athletes that continue on long after they have graduated from our program. We look to provide a special, unparalleled, volleyball experience for our athletes during their cycle with Elite West.
Vision
"Our vision is to provide an environment which will allow every individual athlete to identify and develop his unique gifts to the greatest extent possible, both as a volleyball player and a person. We will strive to position that player to enable him to exercise those gifts for the benefit of the team and show him that personal success will be achieved by our development and execution as a team."​
